Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, in addition to a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She is earning her certification as a Registered Behavior Technician and has completed 40 hours of RBT training. Throughout college, Lauren worked in a few daycares with children ranging from infant to preschool age. She worked at a clinic for kids with autism as an Associate Interventionist. She has spent the last two years being a caregiver for a family with a couple of kids with disabilities. Currently Lauren is working towards her masters in special education.
As a clinician at Link2Speech, Lauren feels like a part of a wonderful family—each member working together with other therapists to give clients the best service. With a background in Speech, she is grateful to be surrounded by talented Speech-Language Pathologists who she can collaborate with while gaining insight on the speech side of therapy from her colleagues. Lauren loves working with children on the spectrum and finds watching their progress to be rewarding. Her primary aim is to push her clients to achieve the best of their abilities. She enjoys being able to work together with her team to collaborate and provide clients with the best intervention.
When she isn’t pouring her heart into her work or her studies, Lauren enjoys being outdoors and going on walks with her two-year-old Goldendoodle, Harley. In her lifetime, she would love to travel to Italy to speak Italian with the locals.
